Various Toni Henkel Designs Handbags have Detachable Handles. Each Design is individually assembled and/or hand-fabricated. All stones are natural or semi-precious*and embellishments are hand-crafted and vary with regard to availability; therefore each handbag or accessory may differ slightly from photos shown and quantities are limited.


Handle lengths are approximate.


All metals used are sterling silver, gold-filled and/or gold vermeil.*


A storage bag, product guarantee card, special care instructions  and/or  polishing cloth are included with each handbag and accessory*




We take great pride in providing  high quality, unique products.



Orders will be processed within 2-5 days. Because we are not a mass manufacturer and each handle and all embellishments are hand assembled and/or hand-crafted, your order will be shipped to you within 2-4 weeks. Should there be any unexpected delay, you will be notified promptly via e-mail. Also, we cannot always guarantee availability of a product shown. Should there be any item that is not available, you will be notified via e-mail.


All Special/Custom Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. 


The deposit will be applied to the fulfilled order balance*



Should you feel the need to cancel an order, we require cancellation notice within 24hours.  Any order not canceled within 24 hours, will be processed and shipped. Thank you for your consideration!



Consumer is responsible for immediate inspection of product upon receipt.  Should any item be in need of repair due to manufacturer’s defect, please notify us within 24 hours via e-mail. We will make every effort to repair any product defect* or replace with the exact or similarly priced product within 14 days. RECEIPT IS REQUIRED.


There is no charge for any repair due to any manufacturer’s defect. 



All purchases are securely processed by PayPal. PayPal is the most respected name worldwide in online payment processing. Their payment processing engine is not on our server-it is on theirs. Your order details are carried over to our payment processor on PayPal. Fortunately, they have very simple instructions for you to follow. Remember, your order is not lost, and your payment is secure!


All Virginia residents are required to pay sales tax on their purchases*



We offer complimentary standard shipping in the continental United States via a national carrier. Priority and International Shipping are available by request.  Please contact us for rates.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We hand pack your purchase securely to ensure a safe delivery.



We allow returns/exchanges on unused, in-stock items in their original packaging including storage bag and/or other included accessories, for Merchandise Credit* only, less 5% processing fee, within 7 days of receipt. We will not refund/exchange used items or items not in their original packaging.  Your return must be properly packaged, prepaid and insured.


We are not responsible for damages due to wear, negligence, modification or misuse once an item is sold*


Should you chose to have your item repaired due to normal use, please contact us via e-mail for shipping instructions. We will respond as soon as possible with a repair estimate. We cannot determine the exact amount of the repair until we have examined the extent of the damage.  


There are no Returns or Exchanges on Special/Custom Orders.

All unused credits automatically expire in our system after 180 days. Please be sure to use yours within this time frame.
